Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Village at Autumn Lake Phase 15, Private Contract No. 9378 (District 17).
Body
WHEREAS, VAL, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Village at Autumn Lake Phase 15.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $454,169.60.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Woodbine Drive from Felland Road to August Moon Drive
• Woodbine Drive from August Moon Drive to East Property Line of Lot 1452
• August Moon Drive from Woodbine Drive to Clover Basin Lane
• August Moon Drive from Clover Basin Lane to North Property Line of Lot 1433
• Clover Basin Lane from August Moon Drive to East Property Line of Lot 1426
• East Side Felland Road Sidewalk from Woodbine Drive to S of Tranquility Trail
• East Side Felland Road Sidewalk from S of Tranquility Trail to Tranquility Trail
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14929 by $ 359,098.44 for a useful life of 40 years.
