I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following appointments for introduction and confirmation under suspension of the rules. Committee applications are attached.

ALD. SHIVA BIDAR-SIELAFF, District 5 - appoint to the position of Common Council Member.

MARK VOSS, 1622 Mayfield Lane, 53704 (18th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Direct-Market Producer Representative. Mr. Voss is a farmer and owner of Voss Organics, which is a member of the Dane County Farmers Market.

KATHY E. UTLEY, 1730 Helena St., 53704 (6th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Food Access Advocate. Ms. Utley is the Food Security Manager for the Goodman Community Center.

WILL HUGHES, 1835 Winnebago St. #103, 53704 (6th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Food Bank Representative. Mr. Hughes is a volunteer at the Second Harvest Food Bank and the vice-president of Sustainable Ag Lending at Forward Community Investments.

CASSANDRA M. VANDERWALL, 2329 Mica Rd., 53719 (1st A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Health Care Provider Representative. Ms. Vanderwall is a clinical nutritionist with the University of Wisconsin-Madison Hospital and Clinics.

CHRISTOPHER G. BROCKEL, 1209 Painted Post Dr., 53716 (16th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Neighborhood Development Group Representative. Mr. Brockel is the Food and Gardens Division Manager for the Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin, Inc.

CARMELL R. JACKSON, 15 Kurt Dr., 53714 (3rd A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Local Restaurateur. Ms. Jackson is the owner of Melly Mell's Restaurant and Catering.

PETER A. ROBERTSON, 1137 E. Dayton St., 53703 (2nd A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Small or Mid-Sized Retailer Representative. Mr. Robertson is the owner and CEO of RP's Pasta Company and he currently serves on the Madison Local Food Committee.

MICHAEL M. BELL, 445 S. Owen Dr., 53711 (11th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Sustainable Agriculture Advocate. Mr. Bell is the director of the Center for Integrated Agricultural Systems at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

MARTIN H. BAILKEY, 2554 Kendall Ave. #4, 53705 (5th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Urban Farm Advocate/Representative. Mr. Bailkey is employed by Growing Power, Inc. and serves on the Dane County Food Council.

LINDSEY DAY FARNSWORTH, 1138 Jenifer St. #2, 53703 (6th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Higher Education Food Systems Expert. Ms. Day Farnsworth is a researcher for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Community and Regional Food Systems Project. She also serves on the Madison Local Food Committee.

CARRIE M. EDGAR, 41 Cumberland Lane, 53714 (15th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of University of Wisconsin-Extension Employee. Ms. Edgar is a Community Food System Educator. In addition, she currently staffs the Dane County Food Council.

ERIC ROANG, 2709 Willard Ave., 53704 (6th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Wholesale Producer Representative. Mr. Roang is the warehouse manager of R.E. Golden Produce.

BARRY M. ORTON, 4718 Lafayette Dr., 53705 (11th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Citizen Member. Mr. Orton is a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and currently serves on the Madison Local Food Committee.

DANIEL J. KENNELLY, 808 O'Sheridan St., 53715 (13th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Citizen Member. Mr. Kennelly is an Economic Development Planner at Vandewalle & Associates.

ANNE T. REYNOLDS, 2139 Linden Ave., 53704 (6th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Citizen Member. Ms. Reynolds is a Faculty Associate and the Assistant Director at the Center for Cooperatives.

KYLE R. RICHMOND, 929 O'Sheridan St., 53715 (13th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Citizen Member. Mr. Richmond is a County Board Supervisor and serves on the Dane County Food Council.
