Fiscal Note
This Ordinance (in conjunction with several others) makes permanent the metered parking on the Capital Square, following the 180-day trial period. All costs and revenues are recognized in the Parking Utility operating budget.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subsection (87) of Section 12.137 entitled "Two Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M." of the Madison General Ordinances is amended to read as follows:
"(87) On both sides of Main Street from Webster Street to Franklin Street, and on the south side from Pinckney Street Martin Luther King, Jr., Boulevard to Webster Street and Blair Street to a point 65 feet east therefrom."
