The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Paragraph 3140. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.06(2)(a)3140.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp C2 Temporary General Commercial District and added to the C2 General Commercial District:
 
A parcel of land located in the Southeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 35, T7N R9E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the center of said Section 35; thence N89°29'27"W, 266.34 feet; thence N00°37'14"W, 33.01 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of West Badger Road, and  the point of beginning; thence N89°29'27"W along said northerly right-of-way line, 135.00 feet; thence N00°37'14"W, 174.69 feet; thence N89°29'27"W, 133.29 feet; thence N00°37'14"W, 66.00 feet; thence S89°29'27"E, 133.02 feet; thence N00°37'14"W, 11.70 feet; thence S89°29'27"E, 135.00 feet; thence S00°37'14"E, 252.69 feet to the point of beginning.  This parcel contains 42,901.38 square feet."
