Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Village at Autumn Lake - Phase 11, Private Contract No. 8976 (District 17).
Body
WHEREAS, VAL LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Village at Autumn Lake - Phase 11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Autumn Lake Parkway from OL47/48 Bike Path to Golden Dusk Parkway.
• Autumn Lake Parkway from SW line, Lot 683 to Tranquility Trail.
• Autumn Lake Parkway from Golden Dusk Parkway to SW line, Lot 683.
• Autumn Lake Parkway from Tranquility Trail to Tori Frost Drive.
• Autumn Lake Parkway to Tori Frost Drive to OL 72.
• Golden Dusk Parkway from 75’ NW of Autumn Lake Parkway to Autumn Lake Parkway.
• Tranquility Trail from Autumn Lake Parkway to Tori Frost Drive.
• Tranquility Trail from Tori Frost Drive to Waterfall Way.
• Tranquility Trail from Waterfall Wau to East Line, Lot 667.
• Tori Frost Drive from Tranquility Trail to Caddisfly Lane.
• Tori Frost Drive from Caddisfly Lane to Autumn Lake Parkway.
• Waterfall Way from South line, Outlot 46 to Tranquility Trail.
• Waterfall Way from Tranquility Trail to Caddisfly Lane.
