Body

The applicant is requesting to allow outdoor display at Hilldale that complies with the supplemental regulations in Section 28.151 of the Zoning Code through the minor alteration process, while outdoor display areas that do not comply would require conditional use approval by the Plan Commission following a public hearing. The request to amend the zoning text will apply to any commercial space in Hilldale. A separate conditional use request for the Pottery Barn' tenant space using the proposed zoning text language will be considered concurrently.if the PD(SIP) alteration is adopted.
