Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution amends the 2017 Adopted Operating Budget for the Community Development Division (CDD) to reflect the actual grant award amounts for the Continuum of Care grant program. Specific grants in this program include: the Transportation Housing Program, the Homeless Prevention Program, and the Emergency Solutions Grant. The 2017 Adopted Budget anticipated $792,664 from these grants, the actual grant award is $637,098. Under the proposed amendment CDD’s 2017 Adopted Budget will be reduced as follows:
Revenue: -155,566
Salaries: -12,503
Purchased Services: -143,063

This resolution also authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute agreements with specific Homeless Services Consortium agencies to provide services using these ETH funds.
