Fiscal Note
Total funding of $1,239,600 (comprised of $639,600 in remaining Federal TIGER II grant funds, plus $600,000 in available TID 25 proceeds) for this project has been included in the 2013 Adopted Capital Budget of the Department of Planning & Community & Economic Development (DPCED), Project No. 12, "Judge Doyle Square," Account No. 810707.

This Resolution authorizes the expenditure of $432,500 for the Phase II Kimley-Horn and Associates South Capitol TOD District Planning Study services contract. Federal Transit Administration TIGER II funds will fund $346,000 of the total contract, with the remainder ($86,500) derived from City of Madison funds.

Staff resources from the Department of Planning & Community & Economic Development, Traffic Engineering and City Engineering will be reallocated to provide support for the Consultant Team and Advisory Committee(s) without the need for additional expenditure. Any future expenditures associated with the project will require further Council approval.
