- Go to the overview page for the patron (i.e. the page
listing physical description, address, etc.)
- Click the "Add a Message" dropdown field below
- Check the "Send email update"
- Check mail list(s) to which you want to send the report.
- Write a brief description of the reason for ban and the name(s) of those
involved
Note: If the incident/banning involves multiple
patrons, please add the message to the incident overview page rather
than the patron's
