Alder. Verveer,

Just a quick note to register the Keller’s objection to the liquor license application for 555 West Mifflin Street.

 

Specifically, we object to the proximity of the main entrance to the proposed store to our residential single family property at 25 North Bedford Street (approx. less than 13 feet away) and the potential of their patrons parking in our surface parking lot for Washington Court Apartments (approx.. 30 feet away). As you know parking monitoring is difficult at best and the potential for mis–use by their patrons is not fair to the residents of our properties that pay for such parking. The potential for noise and litter directly next our residents front door is also problematic.
