Subject: 505 State Street license objection

Myself, manager of 520, 522 and 528 State St, and the owner Gregg Hinkley object to the alcohol license for 505 State Street. The hearing notice was posted at the bar entrance on Gilman Street and not the 505 State Street front. We have had many problems with excessive noise from this bar upstairs which has been operating on the restraint license but has a bar sign posted outside. Tau the owner keeps using straw men as managers and at the last hearing the license was denied. We ask you again deny the license.
