Hello Paul, Mark and Jolene,

 

Thank you for the good meeting on Thursday.  I really appreciated your engagement and the quality of the discussion.  We talked about a couple of questions/issues.  I think the following items capture what we discussed as conditions on the license.

  1. On-premises consumption shall cease at 10pm at all times except for no more than one special event per month when on premise consumption can extend to midnight.  Licensee shall notify the alder and neighborhood association at least one week prior to any such special event.
  2. Staff must supervise the use of the self-serving wine machine at all times.
  3. On-premises consumption shall be limited to the second floor mezzanine area except for tastings.

 Please let me know if you have questions/concerns about these.
