#15  I received a phone message and returned a message to Joseph Vale.  I do not have concerns with this application.

 

#14 Edo Garden.  I have not received contact and upon calling number on application a recording informed me that the number, 467-7770 was not in-service.  I would ask for referral for this application until such time as they make contact with me to review operational plan.
