Dear Erik,

I live across the street from Wiggie's andI was directed to you by Satya regarding tonight's meeting.  I understand that as of now the agenda item may not come up since they agreed to the security plan which I was informed about at a meeting with Capt. McClay, Satya and other neighbors near Wiggie's.  I originally wrote to her because I am unable to attend tonight but wanted my voice heard during the three minutes time allowed for public opinion.  If the item is still going to be on the agenda, are you the person that can relay my message? 

 I would like to let the parties concerned that as a neighbor of Wiggies I have been affected by the noise and violence for too long, I would support closing of this establishment due to not enough cooperation with neighbors like myself to alleviate this problem.  I would settle for supporting a new security plan including provisions for either closing at 9pm, or requiring additional security measures as the current plan includes.  I would also like to add that if similar measures were taken up when the problems began arising, I, along with friends of mine, would have been inclined to support this establishment as a neighborhood bar and restaurant, but unfortunately, as it is, I have no inclinations to ever patronize this place.
