I am unable to attend the ALRC meeting on September 29th. I would like to register my opposition to granting the liquor store license at 1935 Monroe St. The density of liquor selling establishments is already too high in our neighborhood. We do not need another liquor outlet. The Vilas neighborhood frequently experiences the results of acohol abuse and overuse, in Vilas Park and late nights as students return from the bars to Edgewood College. Please deny this application.
