I believe that it can be adopted without the Water Utility Board recommendation.  Although not in the Fiscal Note, the fiscal and system effect of it for the Water Utility is that the Water Utility will: 1) recover $11,217 of outstanding water main assessments that otherwise would not be recovered from the property proposed to be served for at least another 19 years; 2) be fully reimbursed for any other current connection charges; and 3) gain a new commercial Utility customer.  Therefore, for the Water Utility, there are no negative impacts--only positives.

Hi Jim. I am working on the 6/3 CC Agenda & ID# 10076 (see attached) is scheduled for a public hearing on 6/3. However, for some reason, the Water Utility Board did not have this file listed on their last agenda & there is no recommendation from the Water Utility Board. BOE did consider this item & did enter the recommendation accordingly. I will be manually adding the resolution to the 6/3 Agenda with a note that the Water Utility Board has not considered this resolution yet. So will this need to be rereferred to a future CC Meeting until the Water Utility Board meets again or can this be adopted without the Water Utility Board recommendation?
