Accepting sidewalk improvements constructed by Private Contract In 832 Regent Street, Private Contract No. 9212 (District 8).
Body
WHEREAS, Park & Regent Student Housing, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 832 Regent Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sidewalk improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the sidewalk improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Regent Street Sidewalk from East Campus Mall to North Park Street
• East Campus Mall Sidewalk from Regent Street to 90 FT N of Regent Street
• North Park Street Sidewalk from Regent Street to 125 FT N of Regent Street
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14340 by $33,880.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
