Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Village at Autumn Lake - Phase 6, Private Contract No. 8175. ( 17th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, VAL, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Village at Autumn Lake - Phase 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $139,163.28.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Levitan Lane from the West line of Lot 531 to Willow Rock Lane
• Levitan Lane from Willow Rock Lane to the East line of Lot 701
• Outlot 40 alley from the West line of Lot 539 to Willow Rock Lane
• Outlot 41 alley from Willow Rock Lane to the East line of Lot 557
• Spring Tide Way from the West line of Lot 541 to Willow Rock Lane
• Willow Rock Lane from Summer Shine Lane to Spring Tide Way
• Willow Rock Lane from Spring Tide Way to Outlot 41
• Willow Rock Lane from Outlot 41 to Levitan Lane
• Outlot 48 bike path from the West line of Lot 705 to the East line of Lot 701
• Outlot 42 sidewalk from Willow Rock Lane to the East line of Lot 556
• Outlot 48 sidewalk from Levitan Lane to the Outlot 48 bike path
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11926 $ 2 6 5 , 9 4 5 . 9 4 for a useful life of 40 years.
