The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00622 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00622. The following described property is hereby rezoned to IL (Industrial-Limited) District.
Located in part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, T7N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of aforesaid Section 26 also being a point on the centerline of Marsh Road; thence N 88°07'25" E, a distance of 40.01 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing N 88°07'25" E, a distance of 471.35 feet; thence S 00°35’05”E a distance of 208.66 feet; thence S88°06’56”W a distance of 208.73 feet; thence S00°35’17”E a distance of 104.37 feet; thence S88°08’00”W a distance of 208.77 feet to the eastern right of way of Marsh Road; thence N00°33’29”W a distance of 313.03 feet along said eastern right of way line to the Point of Beginning. Said described area contains 2.21 acres.”
