Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Eagle Trace - Phase 1, Private Contract No. 8179. (9th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, VHET LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Eagle Trace - Phase 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering

B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $332,492.59.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• White Fox Lane from Jagged Pine Drive to Sugar Maple Lane
• White Fox Lane from 724’ West of Jagged Pine Drive to Jagged Pine Drive
• White Fox Lane from Sugar Maple Lane to the East line of Outlot 2
• Sugar Maple Lane from White Fox Lane to the South line of Lot 17
• Jagged Pine Drive from Ivory Dove Trail to the North line of Lot 24
• Ivory Dove Trail from Jagged Pine Drive to Silent Wind Place
• Ivory Dove Trail from Silent Wind Place to the West line of Lot 32
• Schewe Road from White Fox Lane to the North line of Lot 18
• Silent Wind Place from Ivory Dove Trail to the North line of Lot 30
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11923 $ 641,576.13 for a useful life of 40 years.
