DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance rezones property located at 6853 McKee Road from PD (GDP) (Planned Development-General Development Plan) District to Amended PD (GDP) (Amended Planned Development-General Development Plan) District and amends the General Development Plan.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00605 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00605. The following described property is hereby rezoned to Amended PD (Amended Planned Development) District.

 

Lot 2, Certified Survey Map 14204, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, said described area contains 6.51 acres (283,754 square feet).”
