Olin Park Facility Tour

In February 2019, The City of Madison Common Council approved the purchase of two parcels of land located at 330 and 342 East Lakeside Street from the Wisconsin Medical Society for assemblage with Olin Park. Since early 2020, Parks staff have been working with City Facilities Management and an architectural consultant team to plan for adaptive reuse the building and with a general contractor, awarded through the City’s Board of Public Works process to complete phase 1 improvements for the project. The renovation improvements are nearing completion. Staff will guide the Board of Parks Commissioners on a tour of the Olin Park Facility.
