Renovate existing storage spaces under the historic grandstand on the Mifflin St side of the stadium to feature:
- New office space for Big Top Events & Forward Madison FC staff.
- A club space for use on event dates and non-event dates that will feature a glass garage door view onto Mifflin St, re-purposed materials to create a bar space, food service & private restrooms. On game nights, club ticket holders would eat & drink in the area pre-game & at half time & on non-game nights Big Top Events will host a series of events and other uses in the space, including opening the space up to the neighborhood periodically.
- The project will be 100% funded by Big Top Events.
- The project has been reviewed and approved by City of Madison Landmarks staff.
