Request from Big Top Events for Festival Foods Lights the Isthmus Pyrotechnic Display at Breese Stevens Field on July 2, 2022

Pursuant to the Breese Stevens Stadium Use and Operation Agreement Between the City of Madison and Big Top Events LLC for the 2019-2033 Calendar Years, Big Top Events has the ability to host events of the size of the proposed event being requested. However, Section 5.b.5 of the Agreement establishes that Big Top Events must seek approval from the Board of Park Commissioners (BPC) for fireworks events at Breese. The TLNA and Alder have both indicated support for this event. Big Top has made a timely request for this to be included on the BPC agenda for May.
