The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00517 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00517. The following described property is hereby rezoned to MC (Mission Camp) District.
All of Lot 52 and the eastern 78.26 feet of Lot 51, Fourth Addition to World Dairy Center, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeastern corner of said Lot 51; thence N89°33’15”W, 78.26 feet; thence N 00°26’45”E, 213.76 feet to the southerly right of way line of Prairie Dock Drive and a point of curve to the left having a radius of 180 feet, chord bearing S54°14’40”E, 74.84 feet, more or less, to the northwestern corner of Lot 52; thence S00°16’05”E, 197.02 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said described parcel contains 1.83 acres (79,502 square feet), more or less.”
