Title: Approving the permit fee for the private construction of any concrete sidewalk, concrete terrace, concrete or asphalt curb and gutter, and the installation of landscape pavers in the right-of-way. (City Wide ADs)

Fiscal Note

The proposed would increase the Street Terrace Permit Fee from $25 to $50, which is estimated to generate an additional $11,250 in revenue. This fee increase is based on administrative costs of administering the Permit Fee, which individuals must pay when altering any space between the sidewalk and curb (such as landscaping or sidewalk replacement). This revenue was assumed in the 2020 Adopted Operating Budget.
