RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Community Development Authority has determined that two parking lots at Tenney Park Apartments are in need of significant improvements including the addition of two dumpster enclosures; and,
WHEREAS, the project to improve two parking lots at Tenney Park Apartments was advertised in accordance with the procurement policy of the Community Development Authority; and,
WHEREAS, Raymond P. Cattell Inc. has submitted the lowest responsible bid of $274,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director is hereby authorized to sign a contract with Raymond P. Cattell, Inc. for parking lot improvements at Tenney Park Apartments in the amount of Two Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($274,000.00).
Be it further resolved that the Executive Director is authorized to sign change order(s) to this contract and any related budget documents as required by HUD.
