DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:   This ordinance changes the zoning for properties located at 3118 Harvey Street & 3009 University Avenue from to CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District to TR-U1 (Traditional Residential - Urban 1) District to restore residential zoning for portion of 3118 Harvey Street rezoned to CC-T in 2014.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00368 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00368.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-U1 (Traditional Residential-Urban 1) District:

 

Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 21, aforesaid; thence S89°35'34"E along said north line, 377.08 feet; thence S00°00'22"W, 64.60 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of University Avenue; thence S88°41'11"E along said north right-of-way line, 132.27 feet; thence S00°03'10"E, 233.70 feet; thence N88°41'44"W, 55.34 feet, to the Point of Beginning; thence N88°41'44"W, 74.84 feet; thence N00°09'56"E, 35.18 feet; thence S88°39'42"E, 74.71 feet; thence S00°02'42"E, 35.13 feet, to the Point of Beginning.  Said parcel contains 2,628 square feet or 0.06 acres, more or less.”
