I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
MICHAEL CULLEN (5th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of First Alternate. Mr. Cullen is a retired civil and environmental engineer with experience in storm & wastewater management. He succeeds Kenneth G. Johnson.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-30-2019
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
GREGORY R. REED (4th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a four-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Reed is currently employed in commercial real estate. He graduated from UW-Madison with a Master of Science with a major in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis and he currently serves on the UW-Madison Department of Political Science Board of Visitors. He has served on the Planning Board for the Borough of Madison, NJ. Mr. Reed has been employed in a wide range of real estate, development and investment work. He succeeds Lauren K. Lofton.

MADISON ARTS COMMISSION
TAELI S. T. REISTAD (9th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Member. Ms. Reistad is a cultural affairs specialist with Dane County Cultural Affairs-Dane Arts. She has been an Art Fair on the Square juror and has served on the board for Arts Wisconsin. Ms. Reistad succeeds Jenie L. Gao.

OVERTURE CENTER FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
HANAH JON TAYLOR (6th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of three-year term to the position of Mayoral Appointee. Mr. Taylor is a musician, educator and owner/artistic director of jazz club, Café CODA. He has been an active member of the Madison community and is a long-term member of the Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians. He succeeds Richard Scott, Sr.
