DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    Change the zoning of properties located at 1314 and 1318 East Washington Avenue from CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) and TR-V1 (Traditional Residential-Varied 1) Districts to TE (Traditional Employment) District to rezone two parcels to TE to facilitate redevelopment of 1314, 1318, and 326 E. Washington Avenue with five-story mixed-use building following demolition of three buildings.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

“Map Amendment 00341 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the TE (Traditional Employment) District:

 

The southeast 55 feet of Lot 3 and all of Lot 16, Block 217, Farwell’s Replat of Part of the Village of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 14,520 square feet or 0.33 acres.”
