WHEREAS, Alderperson Mark Clear was first elected on April 3, 2007 to represent the 19th District; and,

WHEREAS, Alderperson Mark Clear served as Common Council President Pro Tem for the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 terms and Common Council President for the 2010-2011 term; and,
