Request from City Engineering for a Temporary Limited Easement in Quaker Park for the Buckeye Road Reconstruction

The City is proposing to reconstruct Buckeye Rd from Monona Dr to Stoughton Rd in 2019. Quaker Park is adjacent to the road construction. The sanitary sewer for Quaker Circle currently exists within the park property, instead of the road. A Temporary Limited Easement (TLE) is required to move the sanitary sewer main from the park, to the standard location in the middle of the street (Quaker Circle). When Quaker Circle is reconstructed the remainder of the main will be removed from the park. TLE is also required along the sidewalk to replace damaged sidewalk squares.
