Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution authorizes Arts & Literature Laboratory, Inc. as the fiscal agent for Madison Commission for Creative Expression, LLC for their 2018-2019 Art Grant project. Funding of $1,500 for this project was previously approved by adopted RES-18-00353 (File ID 51151) on April 1, 2018. No additional City appropriation is required.

Body
WHEREAS the Common Council approved the 2018-19 Art Grant Program awards on April 1, 2018 (Resolution No. 51151, RES-18-00353), and in that resolution authorized a grant to Madison Commission for Creative Expression LLC for their Becoming Communication Project; and
WHEREAS, since that time, Madison Commission for Creative Expression LLC has indicated it needs to use a fiscal agent and would like to utilize Arts & Literature Laboratory Inc. as the fiscal agent for their $1,500.00 grant award with Madison Commission for Creative Expression LLC completing project work in adherence to the Conditions/Comments of the adopted recommendations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council hereby approves Arts & Literature Laboratory Inc. to be the fiscal agent for the Madison Commission for Creative Expression LLC project as follows: " Arts & Literature Laboratory Inc. on behalf of Madison Commission for Creative Expression LLC” and authorizes the Planning Division Director, Finance Director and City Attorney to execute a grant agreement on behalf of the City, accordingly.
