FISCAL NOTE PENDING

Title

Adding Arts Wisconsin as the fiscal agent for Disability Pride Madison, Inc. for their 2018-2019 Art Grant project.

Body

WHEREAS the Common Council approved the 2018-19 Art Grant Program awards on April 1, 2018 (Resolution No. 51151, RES-18-00353), and in that resolution authorized a grant to Disability Pride Madison, Inc. for their annual festival; and

WHEREAS, since that time, Disability Pride Madison, Inc. has indicated it needs to use a fiscal agent and would like to utilize Arts Wisconsin as the fiscal agent for their $1,500.00 grant award with Disability Pride Madison, Inc. completing project work in adherence to the Conditions/Comments of the adopted recommendations.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council hereby approves Arts Wisconsin to be the fiscal agent for the Disability Pride Madison, Inc. project as follows: "Arts Wisconsin on behalf of Disability Pride Madison, Inc." and authorizes the Planning Division Director, Finance Director and City Attorney to execute a grant agreement on behalf of the City, accordingly.
