Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the repair and sealing of pavement cracks in 2018. The repairs will be made citywide at a total estimated cost of $210,000. Funding is provided by GO Borrowing which is budgeted within the Engineering Major Streets capital program Pavement Management (MUNIS 11784); $15.5 million is budgeted in this program for 2018.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications forRepairing and Sealing Pavement Cracks, Major Streets - 2018 be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
