I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following committee appointment for introduction and adoption under suspension of the rules.
PUBLIC MARKET DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
DONALE J. RICHARDS (6th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Member. Mr. Richards is a project coordinator with the University of Wisconsin-Extension and an Off the Block manager with Mentoring Positives. He succeeds Topf Wells.
