Private Contract, No Appropriation Required.

Title

Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract in Linden Park Phase 11, Private Contract No. 2353.

Body

WHEREAS, Veridian Homes AB, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by Private Contract in Linden Park - Phase 11.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $33,645.70.

 

 

4. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

                     Weatherstone Road from the west line of Lot 211 to the east line of Lot 204.

                     Rung Way from the south line of Lot 305 to Weatherstone Road.

                     Reflection Drive from the south line of Lot 143 to Weatherstone Road.

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2353 Munis No.10167  $ 161,723.85 for a useful life of 40 years.
