Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract in Secret Places at Siggelkow Preserve - Phase 11, Private Contract No. 2397.

Body

WHEREAS, MREC VH Madison, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Secret Places at Siggelkow Preserve - Phase 11

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $47,080.66

 

 

4. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

•                     Catalina Parkway from the north line of Lot 98 to the south line of Lot 106

•                     Sledding Parkway from the west line of Lot 203 to the east line of the plat limits

 

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2397 Munis No. 10236  $ 184,637.92 for a useful life of 40 years.
