Fiscal Note

The resolution amends the adopted 2017 capital budget by authorizing a transfer of $300,000 in GO Borrowing from the Reconstruction Streets program (MUNIS 10226) to the Wilson Street (Hamilton to MLK) project (MUNIS 11459).  The net-neutral transfer of funding is needed to encompass the entire scope of the Wilson Street (Hamilton to MLK) project contract.

Body

Engineering has scheduled the reconstruction of W. Wilson Street, S. Henry Street and S. Hamilton Street.  Additional funds are needed to complete all of the required work and funds are available for transfer.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 2017 Engineering-Major Streets budget is hereby amended to transfer $300,000 of general obligation borrowing funding from the Reconstruction Streets program to the Wilson St (Hamilton to MLK) project.
