Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution authorizes changing the fiscal agent from UW Foundation to UW, Education Outreach & Partnerships for the Performing Ourselves project and from the UW Foundation to Wisconsin Union Association, Inc. for the WUD Art project. Each of these projects were granted $2,250 by Common Council adopted RES-17-00429 (File ID: 46792) in May 2017. No additional City appropriation is required with authorization of the fiscal agent changes.

Body
WHEREAS the Common Council approved the 2017 Art Grant Program awards on May 16, 2017 (Resolution No. 46792, RES-17-00429); and
WHEREAS, since that time, it was determined that UW Foundation is unable to act as fiscal agent so Performing Ourselves will now utilize UW, Education Outreach & Partnerships in the School of Education and WUD Art will now utilize Wisconsin Union Association, Inc. as the fiscal agent of their $2,250.00 grant award, with Performing Ourselves and WUD Art completing the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council hereby approves UW, Education Outreach & Partnerships in the School of Education to be the fiscal agent for Performing Ourselves project: 2017-2018 Programing as follows, "UW, Education Outreach & Partnerships in the School of Education on behalf of Performing Ourselves" and Wisconsin Union Association, Inc. to be the fiscal agent for WUD Art’s project: Art En Route as follows, "Wisconsin Union Association, Inc. on behalf of WUD Art" and authorizes the Planning Division Director, the Finance Director, and City Attorney to execute a grant agreement on behalf of the City.
