Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Linden Park Phase 6, Private Contract No. 2204.
Body
WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC % Veridian has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: Linden Park - Phase 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Winter Frost Place from the west plat line (west line of OL 25 (existing street) to Redan Drive (existing street).
• Moonlight Trail from Winter Frost Place to the north line of Lot 263.
• Ancient Oak Lane from Redan Drive (existing street) to the west line of Lot 280.
• Redan Drive from Ancient Oak Lane (existing street) to the north line of Lot 282.
• Shining Rock Trail from Ancient Oak Lane (existing street) to the north line of Lot 292.
• Rung Way from Ancient Oak Lane (existing street) to the north line of Lot 302.
• Reflection Drive from Ancient Oak Lane (existing street) to the north line of Lot 317.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2204 by $13,659.40 for a useful life of 40 years.
