Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Secret Places - Phase 10, Private Contract No. 2354.
Body
WHEREAS, MREC VH Madison Investors, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: Secret Places Phase 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Bellingrath Street from the north line of Lot 54 to Red Barn Run
• Bellingrath Court from Red Barn Run to the north end
• Red Barn Run from the west plat line of Lot 33
• Hickory Nut Court from the south line of Lot 190 (existing street) to the south end
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2354 by $20,062.85 for a useful life of 40 years.
