Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Cardinal Glenn - Phase 8, Private Contract No. 2359.
Body
WHEREAS, MREC VH Madison, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: Cardinal Glenn - Phase 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Harvest Moon Lane from the west line of Lot 5 (existing street) to the east plat line.
• Roman Mist Way from the north line of Lot 14 (existing street) to the south plat line.
• Stone Arbor Trail from Harvest Moon Lane to the south plat line.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2359 by $13,144.08 for a useful life of 40 years.
