Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution authorizes Eastside Planning Council, Inc. as the fiscal agent for Worthington Park Neighborhood Association’s 2017 Neighborhood Grant project. Funding of $1,000.00 for this project was previously approved through Resolution No. 46563, RES-17-00339 on April 18, 2017. No additional City appropriation is required.

Body
WHEREAS the Common Council approved the 2017 Neighborhood Grant Program awards on April 18, 2017 (Resolution No. 46563, RES-17-00339), and in that resolution authorized a grant to Worthington Park Neighborhood Association for the purposes of assessing and building capacity at the neighborhood level to support a farmer’s market; and
WHEREAS, since that time, the Worthington Park Neighborhood Association (WPNA) has indicated it needs to use a fiscal agent and would like to utilize Eastside Planning Council, Inc. to be the fiscal agent for their $1,000.00 grant award with WPNA completing project work in adherence to the Conditions/Comments of the adopted recommendations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council hereby approves Eastside Planning Council, Inc. to be the fiscal agent for the WPNA project as follows: "Eastside Planning Council, Inc. on behalf of the Worthington Park Neighborhood Association", and authorizes the Planning Division Director, Finance Director and City Attorney to execute a grant agreement on behalf of the City, accordingly.
