Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves the plans and specifications for the Park Edge/Park Ridge Neighborhood Employment Center; the resolution also authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the construction of the project. The 2016 Adopted Capital Budget included $1.0m for the project; these funds were reauthorized into 2017. Resolution 48040 authorizes an amendment to the project appropriating $200,000 in additional GO Borrowing (refer to the fiscal note for file id 48040 for additional information regarding the capital budget amendment). The total estimated cost of the project is $1,120,400.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Park Edge/Park Ridge Employment Center, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
