Private Contract, No City Funds Are Required.

Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Linden Park - Phase 5, Private Contract No. 2146.

Body

WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC / Veridian has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Linden Park - Phase 5.

 

                     

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Redan Drive from Ancient Oak Drive to the south plat line (existing street).

                     Ancient Oak Drive from Redan Drive to the west line of Outlot 13 (existing street).

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2146 by $30,585.16 for a useful life of 40 years.
