Private Contract, No City Funds Are Required.

Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Cardinal Glenn - Phase 5, Private Contract No. 2310.

Body

WHEREAS, MREC VH Madison, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Cardinal Glenn - Phase 5.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

•                     Vista Meadow Drive from the west line of Lot 62 (existing street) to the east plat line.

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2310 by $5,450.35 for a useful life of 40 years.
