Private Contract, No City Funds Are Required.

Title

Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract 1815 University Avenue, Private Contract No. 2162.

Body

WHEREAS, the Old University Heights, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  1815 University Avenue.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
