Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Cardinal Glenn - Phase 7, Private Contract No. 2343.
Body
WHEREAS, MREC VH Madison, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: Cardinal Glenn - Phase 7
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Harvest Moon Lane from Vintage Drive (existing street) to the east lot line of Lot 12.
• Roman Mist Way from the north line of Lot 56 (existing street) to the south line of Lot 13.
• Outlet 2 (Pine Lawn Parkway Alley) from the north line of Outlet 3 (existing street) to the north line of Lot 26 (existing street).
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2343 by $89,261.61 for a useful life of 40 years.
