Accepting street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract 6701-6921 McKee Rd. PUD, Private Contract No. 2300.
Body
WHEREAS, Mad Grove, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 6701-6921 McKee R. PUD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Widening the west side of Maple Grove Drive approximately 10 feet commencing south of the traffic signal on McKee Road, continuing south adjacent to Lot 2.
• Sidewalk construction on the west side of Maple Grove Drive adjacent to the development.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2300 $51,474.30 for a useful life of 40 years.
